  • Overview

    DRG Professional Services is currently seeking a Technology Implementation specialist for a downtown client in Oklahoma City. This Technology Implementation Specialist will focus on managing updating hardware, software and systems for each of the clients different locations.  This person will also be responsible for communicating, ordering, and scheduling technology upgrades according to strict deadlines. This includes coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors, consultants, and vendors to deliver projects according to plan.

     

    This is a long-term contract position located in downtown Oklahoma City. You will also be responsible for providing your own laptop. 

     

     

    Responsibilities

    • Plan, schedule and track project timelines, milestones and deliverables using appropriate tools
    • Partner with franchisees and suppliers to ensure all required quotes and agreements are completed efficiently
    • Collect business needs and report any needed changes to scope of work.
    • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project
    • Constant communication with appropriate stakeholders including: franchisees, field teams and internal leadership.
    • Ensure schedule changes, risks, roadblocks, and solutions are appropriately communicated in an efficient and timely manner.
    • Manage Installation partners to ensure timelines are met and scope of work has been completed as agreed.
    • Responsible for verifying all necessary equipment arrives in time for installation and understand that timelines may change rapidly.
    • Identify potential crises and devise contingency plans.
    • Other duties assigned as needed

    Qualifications

    Skill Requirements:

    • Strong working knowledge of MS Office
    • Strong written and oral communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
    • PMP Certification preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree Preferred
    • Jira and Service Now experience a plus
    • Customer Service background is a plus
