    DRG Professional Services is searching for a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Analyst to join the team of a well-known OKC downtown client. This person will assess, make recommendations and implement Business Continuity Program which includes Business Resumption, Business Impact Analysis, Disaster Recovery, and Incident Management.


    This is a contract position located in downtown Oklahoma City.


    The Responsibilities of this role are:

    • Assess and report on the current state of Business Resumption
    • Make program recommendations
    • Once approved, implement the program
    • Review existing environment, tools, and processes. Make recommendation for improvements, tools and processes
    • Upon approval, implement and update the enterprise wide business continuity and emergency management program, strategies and initiatives; supports a culture of business continuity awareness; builds and maintains active relationships with business units to facilitate the program and initiatives.
    • Conduct business continuity risk and impact assessments to identify service gaps and define critical services and staffing needs.
    • Coordinate the design, development, implementation and maintenance of business continuity, disaster recovery and emergency management and tactical response plans ensuring adequate protection of company assets.
    • Coordinate and participate in and evaluates emergency and/or business continuity exercises to ensure appropriate preparedness levels; supports the development of and facilitates internal drills and table-top exercises.


    Skill Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred and/or combination or prior work experience in the field of Risk management, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Cybersecurity related field or equip information related
    • 10 years related experience in an Risk Management, Business Continuity, Emergency Management, Cybersecurity focused role with exposure to enterprise environments and practices. Prior Retail Technology experience preferred.
    • Preferred Certifications CBCP, CBCI, or related industry certification
    • Principles, procedures, regulations and techniques of business continuity, emergency management and disaster response.
    • Incident Command Structure (ICS), National Incident Management System (NIMS) and related emergency management and business continuity response standards and procedures.
    • Risk-mitigation principles and best practices.
    • Knowledge of the QSR industry is a plus.
    • Strong analytical skills, detail orientated
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Must be self-motivated and driven to create from little or nothing
    • Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts
    • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization.
