    DRG Professional Services is currently seeking an Account Management Supervisor to support Account Service Representatives (ASR).

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities of this role are:

    • Provide training and direct supervision/support to Account Service Representatives (ASR). 
    • Must be able to travel 20-25% of the time within the state of Oklahoma. Some travel will require over-night stays (very minimal). 
    • Provide seamless, high quality service and the highest rated client experience across all areas of account management.
    • Develops strategies and processes to enhance service and retain and grow business through the promotion of DDOK products, specific differentiators, network strength, and service reputation. 
    • Must have excellent public speaking skills and advanced knowledge of researching, writing and editing.
    • Excellent organizational, time management and planning skills is a must.
    • Requires excellent interpersonal and written and oral communication skills.
    • Must have the ability to communicate complicated concepts and technical data in simple terms.
    • Background in or knowledge of dental terminology a plus.

    Qualifications

    • High School diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or other related field preferred).
    • One year of previous personnel supervisory experience.
    • Two years of Customer Service experience (Customer Service experience in dental or healthcare related field preferred).
    • One year of experience in insurance, benefit administration or broker services.
    • Oklahoma Insurance License or ability to obtain within ninety days of employment.
    • Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License and excellent driving record required. Must be willing to travel.
