    Are you an experienced Sales Professional with strong leadership skills that wants to be part of a winning team? If so, this could be the role for you. We are a locally owned restoration company in Oklahoma City and we are looking for a talented Director of Business Development to join our team. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way. This Director of Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading and growing a talented team of sales representatives by implementing strategic growth initiatives.


    The Responsibilities of this role are:

    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
    • Provide on-the-ground support for sales professionals as they generate leads and close new business.
    • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage accordingly.
    • Coach and mentor a group of sales professionals in achieving their goals.
    • Prepare daily and weekly sales win and communicate with senior management.


    • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
    • 5-10 years of proven sales experience
    • 3 + years of management experience
    • Understands the Art of Selling
    • CRM software experience
    • MS Office skills
    • Effective communication and presentation skills
    • Strong territory management and motivation skills
