    DRG is actively seeking multiple qualified applicants to support Air Education and Training Command (AETC) flying training units at various bases: Altus AFB, OK, Vance AFB, OK, Randolph AFB, TX, Laughlin AFB, TX. 

    Responsibilities

    The Junior Stan/Eval Analyst support function shall be responsible for creating, updating, reviewing and maintaining documents and flight evaluation folders (FEF). The Stan/Eval support function shall be responsible for maintaining compliance with 11-2MDSV2 and AFI 11-202V2 (Ch 1-9) as well as applicable MAJCOM and local guidance/supplements for AETC permanent, attached, and associate aircrew as well as students where applicable.

    • Track and facilitate the upgrades to Flight Examiner and Supervisor of Flying, as well as integrate with the squadron schedulers and the member to ensure upgrades are facilitated. The Junior Stan/Eval Analyst will work with SARM to generate a monthly Evaluations Due Letter to notify members of upcoming evaluation expirations (97 OG).
    • Create a draft Form-8 in Management System (MS) for members as they enter the evaluation eligibility period, and identify members for evaluation testing in MS specified by AFI 11-202V2 or IAW local directives (97 OG).
    • Process Student Forms 8, and deliver them electronically to the Operational Unit within the timeline mandated by AFI 11-202V2 (97 OG).
    • Maintain accountability and control of flight testing materials IAW local directives.
    • Notify aircrew members their place in the eligibility period on a monthly basis for those members in the evaluation eligibility period specified by AFI 11-202V2 IAW local procedures.
    • Identify members for evaluation testing in MS as they enter the evaluation eligibility period.
    • Enter Instrument Refresher Course (IRC), Master Question File (MQF), Emergency Procedures Quiz, Open Book, Semi-Annual, or other test questions into electronic test databanks as needed IAW local directives, which may include reporting to a testing center/preparing for delivery to Group Stan/Eval as needed.
    • Perform MS testing monitor (as needed) and administrator duties/function for units.
    • Review evaluations and report evaluation trends monthly, or per local procedures.
    • Perform initial and annual reviews and update student/permanent party FEFs.
    • In-process members’ FEFs and facilitate any paperwork needed to get the member’s Go/No-Go items ready for flying status.
    • Execute Stan/Eval out-processing functions IAW local guidance.
    • Receive and log proposed changes to publications and review the AF847 for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with AFI 11-215 (Ch 1, 7-11) then submit to Stan/Eval officer for review and coordination.
    • Perform Flight Crew Information Files (FCIF) monitor duties.
    • Conduct Flight Information Publications (FLIP) updates and changeovers on the appropriate dates. This applies to electronic updates to Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs) or paper copy as needed.
    • Prepare data for the Standardization Evaluation Board (SEB) on a semi-annual basis IAW AFI 11-202V2 AETC supplement (Ch 3).
    • Report all evaluation trends, waivers and extensions.

     

    Qualifications

    •  Minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a DoD operational flying unit (active duty, guard/reserve, contractor or civilian).
    • Minimum two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Ability to operate the following systems/programs:
      • Computer based training and integrated management system (TIMS,GTIMS, PEX, X-plan)
      • SharePoint websites and communities of practice
    • Microsoft Access is not required but highly desired
