    DRG Professional Services is currently seeking a Digital Graphic Designer

    Responsibilities

    The Responsibilities of this role are:

    Provide day-to-day digital design support to Company’s content and creative team. This person will be responsible for developing localized marketing creative that will live in social media, POPs, digital banner ads and geo-targeted mobile creative.

     

    Scope of Services:

    • Produce creative assets under the direction of the creative lead, social media and digital marketing teams
    • Provide photo editing, art production, formatting and retouching for digital creative assets.
    • Support the day-to-day creative needs of the Company creative team
    • Clearly communicate digital creative concepts to creative team to ensure all assets deploy flawlessly
    • Assist agencies with creative development and provide strong guidance and feedback on what is needed to create a library of footage.
    • Support localized digital marketing programs with creative assets that span all social platforms, web, and mobile channels to improve customer engagement and interaction through content creation.
    • Manage traffic and day-to-day operations within the creative team to ensure all deliverables are on time, on message and that formatting is accurate to ensure all content is on brief and on brand.

     

    Website:

    • Work with Digital Content Manager to determine messages based on calendar priorities
    • Identify necessary assets/images and work with appropriate agencies/internal resources to deliver based on timelines
    • Work with brand team to identify product descriptions and naming
    • Send Hispanic agencies descriptions/product info for translation
    • Maintain all menu additions/deletions to correspond with menu cycles on website
    • Conduct regular content audit to maintain quality and consistency of product/promotions
    • Work with Digital Content Manager to build a strategy and content priorities for redesign

    Mobile App:

    • Work with Digital Content Manager to determine messages based on calendar priorities
    • Set accurate timelines for delivery of assets on the app based on product/promotion launch dates
    • Work with Multiple agencies to deliver assets for deployment for monthly promotions, event day offers, Wacky Pack, Ice Cream of the Month program & store segmentation offers

     

     

    Email:

    • Work with Digital Content Manger to determine messages based on calendar priorities
    • Set accurate timelines for delivery of assets on email platform based on product/promotion launch dates
    • Work with brand team to identify additional messaging opportunities based on calendar needs
    • Work with agency to create content for deployment
    • Schedule deployment for emails
    • Work with Integrated Marketing team to monitor and report on the success of email campaigns and use trend information to optimize based on results

     

    Social Media:

    • Work with field partners to fulfill Facebook page creation, maintenance and permissions for individual store pages.
    • Assist in the development of creative for all social accounts and monitor performance
    • Work with manager to develop a regular monitor of key issues/topics in social listening platform
    • Stay in tune of trends within digital marketing especially social media to make sure we are on the cutting edge of technology and trends
    • Maintain a constant awareness of the competitive landscape, especially with social media

    Qualifications

     

     

    Skill Requirements:

     

    • Skilled at CSS and HTML, and has a web design background
    • Expert understanding of photography, graphic design, layout and typography
    • Highly proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and After Effects
    • Familiar with all things digital marketing, web, mobile and social media
    • Highly active on various social platforms, comfortable with the best practices, dimensional restrictions and content guidelines across different social channels
    • Experience managing multiple projects at once
    • Dynamic and results-oriented, with positive attitude and leader mentality.
    • Innovator with the drive and persistence to take the company's digital marketing to the next level

    Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects, tight deadlines and changing priorities
