    DRG Professional Services is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Officer to evaluate, authorize or recommend approval of commercial, real estate or credit loans. Advise borrowers on financial status and methods of payments.  Create and maintain close relationships with all parties involved in commercial transactions and help facilitate sales through the structuring of creative and appealing loan and deposit products.


    The Responsibilities of this role are:

    • Meets with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process.
    • Analyzes applicant financial status, credit and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
    • Stays abreast of new types of loans and other financial services and products to better meet customers’ needs.
    • Submits applications to credit analysts for verification and recommendation.
    • Works with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
    • Confers with underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application problems.
    • Markets bank products to individuals and firms, promoting bank services that may meet customers’ needs.
    • Establishes credit policies, credit lines, procedures and standards in conjunction with senior managers.
    • Provides special services such as investment banking for clients with more specialized needs.
    • Prepares reports to send to customers whose accounts are delinquent and forwards irreconcilable accounts for collector action.
    • Arranges for maintenance and liquidation of delinquent properties.
    • Petitions courts to transfer titles and deeds of collateral to banks.





    Education & Experience:

    Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or related area and five or more year’s experience as a loan officer.
