Overview

Serve as Business Analyst for the PMO assigned to the Customer Experience Teams

Responsibilities

Perform formal business analyst work for projects under the Customer Experience umbrella. This includes stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process documentation and analysis in accordance with IIBA, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, industry best practices, and company processes. Primarily perform BA work for the Mobile & Web program in addition to other projects.

  • Business Requirements Documents
  • Communicate solution options, risks, and changes
  • Elicit and document current state processes
  • Perform Gap Analysis between current state processes and business requirements.
  • Document future state process
  • Coordinate teams and/or vendors
  • Create SIPOC, process flows and analysis documents
  • Write user stories 
  • Take meeting notes
  • Build relationships within the marketing, IT and with other teams
  • Participate in lessons learned or retrospective exercises
  • Escalate issues as they arise
  • Complete any other artifacts requested by program manager, PMO, SME or Sponsor. Review documents upon request.

Qualifications

  • Lean Six Sigma Certification is preferred; experience is required
  • Strong documentation skills including writing user stories
  • Ability to use MS tools including Office, Visio, and Project
  • Facilitation skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Detail oriented and committed to a high level of accuracy
  • Organizational skills
  • Knowledge of business structure
  • Stakeholder analysis
  • Business rules analysis
