Serve as Business Analyst for the PMO assigned to the Customer Experience Teams
Perform formal business analyst work for projects under the Customer Experience umbrella. This includes stakeholder management, requirements gathering, process documentation and analysis in accordance with IIBA, Lean Six Sigma, ITIL, industry best practices, and company processes. Primarily perform BA work for the Mobile & Web program in addition to other projects.
