DRG Professional Services is currently seeking a Finance and Administrative Manager for an aersopace client in the LA area. This person will be responsible for the administrative and financial functions of the plant. Must have experince with audit, FP&A analysis and cost accounting. CPA Preferred.

The Responsibilities of this role are:

• Responsible for timely and accurate support of all corporate intiatives, information requests and back-up assistance.
• Responsible for timely and accurate support of all local initiatives of an administrative nature
• Managing and directing finance needs with customers and vendors
• Ensure the timely reporting for all monthly financial information
• Monitor and analyze department work to develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a high level accuracy
• Apply a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure
• Maintain an organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions.
• Prepare bank reconciliation, revenue and expenditure variance analysis
• Verifes the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or record

Education: Bachelor's Degree (four year college or technical school) required, preferrably in Accounting or Finance

Experience: 

• 10 years of Accounting experience
• CPA Preferred
• 2-3 years of FP&A
• 2-3 years Cost Accounting
• Aerospace industry experience preferred but not required
