Overview

DRG's Professional Services is seeking a new full time recruiter at our corporate office!

 

The recruiter will pro-actively identify qualified talent for highly specialized and difficult-to-attract opportunities. This position demands an uncommon balance of creativity and drive, along with interpersonal savvy. DRG is known for its passion to quality and excellence and we are seeking someone that can commit to these values as part of our team!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for talent sourcing, candidate evaluation & screening, interview process, offer negotiations, close out process and new hire on-boarding. 
  • Responsible for helping to expand and grow current client bases using a variety of business development and marketing techniques. 
  • Evaluate and qualify top talent utilizing applicant tracking system, Internet databases and advertising. 
  • Proactive recruitment of passive candidates utilizing direct sourcing skills and techniques. 
  • Maintain and manage a well–developed network of candidates and / or skills to build a network quickly and comprehensively. 
  • Ability to assimilate technical industry knowledge, and interface it with the needs of companies and candidates.
  • Pipeline Development – Build strategic relationships with local professional groups and affinity organizations to gain industry knowledge and obtain referrals.

Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience with a recruitment or staffing firm.
  • High degree of customer service, sense of urgency, and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Communicates professionally and effectively with all levels of internal and external customers, both verbal and written

Preferred Qualifications 

  • 5-10 years of recruitment experience.
  • 2 or more years of recruitment experience in finance, management, administrative areas.
